Go for it! Japan’s Future Olympic Athletes
Applications being accepted for Nature Child Spring Camp in Hakuba

Konami Sports & Life Co., Ltd. has begun accepting applications for camp to be held from March 27-30 at Iwatake Ski Area in Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture.

"The Nature Child Spring Camp" is jointly held with Hakuba every year in spring, summer, and winter, and centers on outdoor activities based on the teaching principles of Undojuku promoted by Konami Sports Club activities for children. Participation is open to children in the last year of kindergarten up to junior high school age, and includes both Konami Sports Club members and nonmembers alike.

The spring camp not only teaches children techniques for skiing and snowboarding that are covered in the SAJ(Ski Association of Japan) proficiency test, but also manners, polite greetings, and group collaboration. At the same time, with the cooperation of experts from Hakuba, the children enjoy interacting with local residents and nature.

There are 3 courses available according to skiing and snowboarding goals and skill levels. Hakuba Iwatake Ski School and Hakuba Iwatake Snowboard School instructors attentively teach the children in an easy to understand manner, so the children can feel at ease.

Improvement Course This course aims to improve skills and make friends through various activities such as playing in the snow and ski instruction.

Challenge SAJ Course

This course aims to teach ski techniques to pass the SAJ proficiency test.

Snowboarding Course

This course aims to teach snowboarding techniques.
